An emergency support center for candidate counselling has been established by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). Additional support can be provided to applicants with pressing concerns in this way.
A statement on Friday from the official JAMB X account acknowledged the opening of the Candidate Counselling Emergency Support Centre.
With the creation of a Candidate Counseling Emergency Support Centre (CCESC), JAMB has expanded its candidate support offerings beyond our typical and preferred ticketing platform.

Nevertheless, JAMB emphasized that the ticketing platform remains the principal and most efficient means of contacting the Board due to its speed, convenience of use, and assurance of a prompt response.
