The Corporate Affairs Commission has once again delayed the start date for its updated service fees, now set for October 1, 2025.
This announcement was made in a public notice shared on the Commission’s official X account on Saturday evening.
As stated in the notice, this decision was made to ensure that the new Company Registration Portal is fully stabilized before mid-September.
“The Corporate Affairs Commission wishes to inform its valued customers and other stakeholders that, in line with its commitment to service excellence, it has decided to focus on fully stabilizing the new Company Registration Portal before mid-September, 2025,” the Commission mentioned.]
It further stated, “As a result, and to provide maximum value to its various stakeholders, the Commission has postponed the implementation of the revised service fees. The new fees will now take effect on October 1, 2025.
“This decision demonstrates the Commission’s strong commitment to ensuring that the transition to the new service regime is smooth, efficient, and advantageous for everyone.
“The Commission truly appreciates the patience, understanding, and cooperation of our customers and other stakeholders during this important transformation phase.
