On the occasion of her 65th birthday, President Bola Tinubu wrote a heartfelt note to his wife Oluremi, expressing his gratitude for all that the First Lady has done for Nigeria.
The president spoke about Oluremi in a statement, saying that she was his rock during his political battles and years of public service.
The president claims that the First Lady had been his rock through thick and thin, supporting him with grace and dignity during his exile and the challenges of leadership.
“On this, the 65th birthday of the woman who has been my rock through thick and thin, I honour not just the love of my life, but also a lady whose unassuming grace and quiet strength have never wavered.
“You have stood firmly by my side with dignity, patience, and devotion that words can scarcely express,” President Tinubu stated, referring to the many times they had to work together, from the long years of struggle and political exile to leadership responsibilities.
