The Gunners’ decision not to pursue Victor Osimhen has the support of William Gallas, a former Arsenal defender.
The North London club is in desperate need of an offensive upgrade this summer. In recent years, Osimhen has solidified his position as a top-tier attacker.
Last season, the Nigerian international led Galatasaray in scoring with 26 goals and five assists in the Turkish Super Lig. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta would have trouble with Osimhen’s personality, according to Gallas.
“I could see Victor Osimhen clashing with Mikel Arteta,” the Frenchman told Prime Casino, despite Osimhen being a top-class striker.
