George Aluo, chairman of the Nigeria National League (NNL), has stated that, in the lead-up to the division’s last round of games, the league is keeping a careful eye on the referees and matches.

The teams are working together because they want their supporters to understand that home field advantage is no longer an issue.
At the moment, the four teams vying for first place in their respective groups are Warri Wolves, Kun Khalifat FC, Wikki Tourists, and Doma United. Every group will have two teams who advance to the Super Eight.
In 2025, four teams will advance to the Nigeria Premier Football League, and the champion of the playoffs will be named NNL champions.
