On Wednesday, six fresh appointments were authorised by President Bola Tinubu in the field of education.
The following appointments were announced by the presidency in a statement:
Chair of the Governing Board of the National Examination Council (NECO): Professor Modupe Adeola Adelabu
Dr. Ibrahim Dantani Wushishi – Continues in Role as NECO Registrar and Chief Executive
The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) is chaired by Professor Babatunde Salako.
Hon. Idris M. Bugaje reappointed to position of executive secretary of the National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) for a second and last five-year term
Engineer Dr. Bongfa Binfa-Head of the Federal Polytechnic in N’yak-Shendam, Plateau State, for a period of five years
Renewed for a final five-year term as Director/Chief Executive of the National Library of Nigeria, Prof. Chinwe Veronica Anunobi
