The Zamfara North APC senatorial primary has been declared invalid by the court, and a new poll will be held
The All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for the Zamfara North Senatorial District has been declared null and void by the Federal High Court in Gusau, Zamfara State.
The court also ordered the APC to hold a new primary election for the senatorial district within 14 days.
On Monday, Justice Hassan Dikko issued the judgement after hearing and evaluating the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ written addresses and arguments.
The judge ordered the party to hold a new primary in compliance with the applicable procedures within 14 days of the judgement.
