The Rio de Janeiro Civil Police have stated that individuals who remain unnamed were “virtually recruiting participants to carry out attacks” utilizing IEDs.
According to reports, the bombers’ goal was to become famous on social media. The Mayhem tour stopped at the famous Copacabana venue to see Gaga perform.
After canceling a show years ago owing to an injury, she expressed her excitement to return on Instagram last month, when she announced the show.
