One of Atiku Abubakar’s political allies, Aslam Aliyu, has stated that the Presidential Villa will remain vacant till 2031.
According to Aliyu, President Bola Tinubu will win the presidency in 2027.
While announcing her departure from the ADC and subsequent joining the All Progressives Congress (APC), Aliyu referred to the opposition party as a “hoax” in a statement she issued in Abuja.
Aliyu also expressed her support for Tinubu, stating that she had worked with the opposition for a long time and that they had failed to provide a genuine strategy for the advancement of the country.
According to her, “it’s very clear that the opposition doesn’t have a real plan for development or a practical and lasting solution to save the country”—this despite nearly twenty years of hard effort in the campaign.
The opposition group, according to Aliyu, lacks trust among its own members.
The ADC, she continued, lacked a genuine strategy for the nation as all they did was criticise the federal government without offering any alternatives.
Nigeria is sick and tired of politicians who “just take photos and act like they’re filming, but don’t really care about the country,” she declared.
If President Tinubu is re-elected in 2027, as Aliyu claims, her followers would join the APC.
“No rooms available at Aso Rock Villa because, thanks to Almighty Allah, President Tinubu will win the presidential election in 2027,” she claimed.
