At midnight, he dispatched DSS to my house; I’m lucky to be alive – Igboho

In response to the passing of former President Muhammadu Buhari, Yoruba nationalist Sunday Adeniyi Adeyemo—better known as Sunday Igboho—has spoken out.

The former president allegedly gave the order for DSS officers to raid Igboho’s home at midnight, according to a video that went viral.

In addition to accusing the former president of conspiring with some Yoruba indigenous people, Igboho stated that the invasion was an attempt to eliminate him.

He praised God, saying, “I am grateful for my life today. See life!” He died today—the man who ordered DSS to come kill me in the dead of night on July 4, 2021.

This is a lesson for us, my people. Although Muhammadu Buhari has passed away, I am still here today. The gift of life is something for which I am eternally grateful. God intervened when the man who plotted my murder with some ignorant Yoruba showed up at my place.

According to Naijatrial, the former leader of Nigeria passed away on Sunday in London following a short illness.

His body is scheduled to be brought into the nation on Monday for a hasty burial in Daura, Katsina state.
