Contractor quality delivery in the FCT is Wike’s focus

Contractors working on a variety of projects within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have been urged by Minister Nyesom Wike to uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

While touring active Abuja projects on Monday, Wike made the announcement in anticipation of the inauguration that would mark the beginning of President Bola Tinubu’s second year in office.

Among the proposals that were examined was Salini’s 16-kilometer Inner Northern Expressway, which runs from Idu to Dei Dei.

The Gilmor-built Jahi Interchange, which will connect Wole Soyinka Way and the Murtala Mohammed Expressway, was another stop on his tour.

The minister was pleased with the work so far and praised the contractors for their tireless efforts to fulfill the deadlines.

The builders have guaranteed that they will finish by the due date. What Wike meant was that they are working nonstop.

The tasks will be completed within the next two weeks, I’m sure of it. The work quality is what really matters, but I must say that both contractors have impressed me.
