The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kano State Command, apprehended a 45-year-old accused collaborator in a motorbike theft conspiracy.
The operatives discovered an allegedly stolen motorbike and other incriminating materials in Gaida, Abacha Street, Kumbotso Local Government Area, Kano State.
In a statement, the Command’s Public Relations Officer, Ibrahim Abdullahi, said the suspect, Mustafa Sani, 45, was detained at his home after credible intelligence linked him to the activities of a suspected motorbike theft syndicate operating in the city.
“This was after a companion motorbike with registration number GRR 958 QB (Jigawa) was tracked to his residence,” the statement stated.
