Not Klopp – Manager Mbappe wants Real Madrid to appoint

Kylian Mbappe, a Real Madrid forward, is claimed to be opposed to the idea of hiring Jurgen Klopp, former Liverpool head coach, as their next manager.

Instead, France’s captain wants his countryman Zinedine Zidane to take over for a third time.

Remember that Real Madrid fired Xabi Alonso in January and signed Alvaro Arbeloa.

With the team on course for a trophyless season, Arbeloa is poised to quit this summer, forcing the search for a new manager, with Klopp’s name emerging as a contender.

However, according to Football365, as published by Sportskeeda, Mbappe is dubious by the idea of appointing the German coach.

He would much rather have Zidane, who has previously led Real Madrid in two distinct terms.

Meanwhile, football transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano acknowledged that Klopp is on Real Madrid’s radar, but no significant progress has been made.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Romano stated that the situation is still in its early stages and is not ‘solid’.
