Victor Osimhen, a striker for the Super Eagles, is “waiting” for Napoli and Galatasaray to come to an agreement.
In his pursuit of a permanent transfer back to Turkey, Osimhen has not shown up for pre-season training with the Serie A team. At least four bids from Napoli have previously been turned down by Galatasaray.
According to football transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, the Italian club has made a counter-proposal, but they are determined to keep trying.
Negotiations between Napoli and Galatasaray regarding Victor Osimhen are currently resuming, according to Romano’s post on X.
“Napoli is prepared to make a decision quickly on new circumstances, therefore they sent a counter-proposal to Galatasaray. Osimhen persists in his waiting.
