The coastline price of gasoline has dropped to N1,153 per litre and the gantry price to N1,200 per litre, both offered by Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals.
Gasoline prices at the 650,000-per-day refinery fell 85 naira to 1,200 naira per litre from 1,285 naira per litre.
The most recent decrease in fuel prices follows at least five increases in petrol prices implemented by the Dangote Refinery since March 2026 in response to persistent tensions in the Middle East.
the refinery’s price structure has been reviewed downwards, and this modification is expected to impact the costs of fuel supplies across distribution channels, including retail stores and depots.
