The Peoples Democratic Party’s Board of Trustees, or BoT, is in the second day of an emergency meeting called to discuss the party’s future following Monday’s Court of Appeal decision.
The verdict has consequences for the party’s leadership structure and convention dates.
Under the supervision of BoT Chairman Adolphus Wabara, members convened a high-level conference to design a clear path for the party ahead of the 2027 elections.
The conversations are ongoing, with members analysing major issues and providing proposals to strengthen unity, stability, and effective leadership in the party.
