Lookman played for 69 minutes before being substituted by Pablo Barrios.
The Nigerian international resorted to social media to celebrate his win.
“Champions League nights at the Metropolitano, the Atletico way,” the winger wrote.
In three competitive appearances with Atletico, the 28-year-old has one goal and one assist.
