Enyimba have named Ayodeji Ayeni as their new technical adviser.
Prior to his departure to Aba, Ayeni was a player for Crown FC of the Nigeria National League (NNL).
He took over for Stanley Eguma, a seasoned tactician who was fired in November of last year.
“Coach Deji Ayeni, be welcomed to the touchline. You are the new leader.” Enyimba announced on Sunday.
On Sunday (today), Ayeni will be the one to provide the call for Enyimba as they face Barau FC in matchday 21.
He intends to do what he can to turn around the Aba giants’ fortunes.
