Dean Huijsen, a defender for Bournemouth, has reportedly finished his physical preparations for a transfer to Real Madrid. The heavyweights of LaLiga have consented to activate Huijsen’s £50 million release clause.
Rumor has it that Madrid would love to have him join their Club World Cup squad next month. On Friday, football transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano announced this via his X Twitter.
In his capacity as a new Real Madrid player, Dean Huijsen is currently in London undergoing the bulk of his medical testing, as Romano pointed out.
“Dean will be attending the Club World Cup, and everything has been greenlit by Bournemouth, including the medical and the contract signing.”
Dean Huijsen’s attendance at the FIFA Club World Cup with Real Madrid was always guaranteed; the two clubs had already agreed upon this at the first contact,” he had tweeted earlier. As this contract is sealed, he’ll be at the Club World Cup, and it will be valid for FIVE years, until 2030.”
