Arsenal’s manager, Mikel Arteta, has expressed his admiration for two of his players ahead of their Premier League match against Chelsea on Sunday evening at Stamford.
Arteta mentioned that both Cristhian Mosquera and William Saliba have performed exceptionally well for the Gunners this season.
Remember that Mosquera and Saliba played a key role in Arsenal’s 3-1 victory over Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League earlier this week.
“Mosquera has been fantastic alongside Saliba,” Arteta was quoted by Fabrizio Romano as saying.
“It’s great to have Mosquera, as he is versatile and can play in various positions,” he added.
Mosquera made his move to Arsenal from the Spanish LaLiga team Valencia during the summer transfer window.
Saliba, on the other hand, joined the Premier League leaders from the French club Saint-Étienne back in 2019.
