Triple injury boost for Real Madrid ahead of Juventus match

On Tuesday, Real Madrid will face Juventus in the Club World Cup quarterfinals, and Kylian Mbappe may be available to play.

The “big possibility” that Mbappe will be able to play for Los Blancos has been acknowledged by Xabi Alonso, the manager of the team.

After being diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis prior to the start of the competition, the 26-year-old failed to participate in any of Madrid’s three group matches.

Alonso informed reporters that they will speak with him first thing in the morning in order to make a final decision. A debut in tomorrow’s Club World Cup seems highly probable, though.

“There is a significant chance, though I am unsure of the exact amount. Éder Militão and Dani Carvajal, the defensive pairing, have both been declared fit by Alonso. So far at the event, Madrid has a record of two wins and one draw.
