Super 8 playoffs kick off with a matchup between Yobe Desert Stars and Barau FC

Yobe Desert Stars and Barau FC will square off in the first match of the Super Eight playoffs for the Nigeria National League (NNL).

On Saturday at 9 a.m., the match is scheduled to begin at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba. At 11:30 a.m., the second match of the day will be played between Wikki Tourists and Doma United.

Crown FC and Kun Khalifat FC will square off at 2 p.m., and at 4 p.m., Osun United and Warri Wolves will engage in a tackle-fest. The Northern and Southern Conferences are the sources for the teams.

Group winners will compete for the 2024–25 Nigerian National Football League (NNL) championship, and the top two teams in each group will advance to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) for the following season.
